Why did you guys get this idea, and why now? we think it is an important thing as Boston.com to offer to the readers. People want to be able to do something. Whe they're reading a story, a perfect time to say, I want to make a difference, and our contribution to allow people to make a difference. At this time money-people's money is tight, so it is hard to maybe donate money, but maybe you can donate of yourself. Exactly right. You can volunteer, you can donate in kind, and it is a god alternative when money is tight. Tell folks how they can find it.
