If the bill passes with it, it could potentially give any home buyer a tax credit between 10,000 and $22,000. The buyer would get the money at the time of closing, and it would not have to be repaid. The credit would be available from the end of June until the end of the year. We want our lively hoods to continue. We want to be able to hire our employees back.
